Our Team
Our Process
Week 1
Week 2

We started by trying to identify the problems in the present mobility context. This was initially done individually but then compared and discussed with the other team members. In the first week the identified problems were; lack of ownership in shared mobility scooters, lack of staff in the transportation sector, bad timed connections throughout the public transport, busy student buses, traveling with large luggage (bags, suitcases or strollers) and the last mile solution to work or study. The observations were performed at the train station in delft.

In the second week we started to understand and analyze who the users were of our problem and their specific challenges throughout their travel. We once again went back to the Delft train station and conducted interviews asking people about their trip, motivation for the trip, challenges during the trip and what they found the most frustrating during their use of the Dutch public transport.
Week 3

We looked at different mobility concepts and their technology readiness levels and acceptance level. We then analyzed the dissected technologies to match these to the problems found in weeks 1 and 2, And started with a little brainstorm session and some sketches for the problems we identified.
Week 4

Week 4 was a very interesting week to our opinions because we started to identify our individual fundamental needs in traveling. Next we compiled those to the most important ones which were coherent throughout the team.
Week 5

In week 5 we performed our formative presentation and received feedback on our identified problems and identified fundamental needs.
Week 6
We decided to choose traveling with a stroller and shared mobility as our main problems and performed semi-structured interviews at the train station and in the library in which we asked people about their journey. Afterwards we collected all the knowledge and qualitative information we found to summarize this in an example customer journey.
Week 7
We started by brainstorming how our current concepts could fit the broader social dimension. The main goal of this week; creating more concepts and tailor our existing concepts. Lastly we choose our main and single problem to focus on from now on: Traveling with a stroller!
Week 8
Now that the final problem and concept was defined it was time to work out the concept and all the associated details. The most important things like the problem definition, stakeholder map, brand identity and goal were created. We shaped the persona and sub-problems and started working on the solution & the app.
Week 9
Week 10
In the ninth week of the project, the storyboard, extensions & future trend compliance were worked out. Also, the visual elaboration of the aforementioned components was done this week and the design of the website was started. The last (10th) week was used to compile the website & add animations.
